Property plans for Epstein's personal tropical island included in the released materials.
Additionally included in this recent photograph disclosure is shown to be a property layout for Great St James island, situated in the American territory.
Jeffrey Epstein acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but later purchased the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
This visual evidence reveal he had formulated development schemes to build upon the sprawling island by erecting living quarters, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a pool.
You can see the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the region, marked on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is covered in red pen markings and includes a key detailing different areas of the estate.
Accompanying this are what look to be several other property layouts and architectural plans, featuring designs for dock shelters.
More documentation disclosed as part of the current congressional disclosure.
